Step One - Registration Form
There are three ways to get a registration form:
- Online at https://www.scouting.org/filestore/pdf/524-406.pdf
- At the Scout Office, 1150 Chess Drive, Foster City
- Visit a crew meeting and get a form from the Advisor.
Step Two - Signature
After filling out the form completely, have it signed by your parent if you are under 18.
Step Three - Dues
Bring the form and money for registration and dues.
Crew 27’s dues are $50 (per year). Up-to-date information on Council and National dues can be found on the Pacific Skyline Council website or by calling the council office at (650) 341-5633.
Step Four - Medical Forms
Fill out this health form before attending any outings: http://www.scouting.org/filestore/HealthSafety/pdf/680-001_ABC.pdf.
Parts A and B must be on file for all outings, Part C (with doctor’s signature) for high adventure outings and Super Trip.
