Ranger
The Ranger Award is the highest outdoor award in scouting. It exemplifies a challenging high-level outdoor/high-adventure skills advancement program. A Ranger is identified as an elite outdoorsman who is skilled at a variety of outdoor activities, trained in outdoor safety, and ready to lead or assist others.

Formerly the highest award for personal development in Venturing. The Silver award seeks to encourage Venturers to learn, grow, and serve. Requirements focus on personal growth, leadership, ethical awareness, and service to others.
