A yearly tradition, the Crew drove up to Skylawn Memorial Park to honor the brave souls who have served this country. Although the early morning weather was damp and gray, the crowd’s spirits were high, eager to homage to the great men and women. After everybody shook the sleep from their eyes and fueled their body with hot cocoa and donuts, the participants gathered around a World War II memorial to discuss plans and strategy. Over the next few hours, hundreds of flags were planted into the ground, a bright splash of color rippling proudly in the wind.<\/p>\n
After every single departed veteran’s gravestone had a American flag fluttering at the head of the grave, the group headed to the parking lot to have well deserved meal provided by the cemetery.<\/p>\n
